By using Look4Me you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Look4Me is a community business directory platform where community members can discover, list, and refer local businesses and services across Australia.

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Only list or refer genuine businesses
• Do not submit spam, fake, or misleading listings
• Do not use the platform for illegal purposes
• Respect other community members

• Listings are subject to admin review and approval
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines
• Business owners are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and up to date
• Look4Me does not guarantee the quality or reliability of listed businesses

• By referring a business you confirm it is genuine
• You take responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide
• Look4Me reserves the right to remove referrals that appear inaccurate or misleading

• Look4Me's logo, branding, and platform content are our intellectual property
• User-submitted content (business descriptions, testimonials) remains owned by the submitter
• By submitting content you grant Look4Me a licence to display it on our platform

• Look4Me does not endorse any listed business
• We are not responsible for transactions between users and listed businesses
• We do not verify all business information (though we try our best)
• Use listed businesses at your own discretion

The following content and conduct is strictly prohibited on Look4Me:

Business Information

• False, misleading, or inaccurate business information
• Listings for businesses that do not exist or have ceased trading
• Impersonating another business or individual
• Duplicate listings for the same business

Reviews and Testimonials

• False or fabricated testimonials
• Defamatory statements about businesses or individuals
• Reviews in exchange for payment or other benefits
• Content that constitutes harassment or intimidation

General Conduct

• Spam submissions or referrals
• Content that is illegal under Australian law
• Hate speech, discrimination, or vilification based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempting to manipulate search results or rankings
• Using automated systems to submit listings or referrals without our express permission

Consequences

Violation of these prohibited content guidelines may result in:

• Removal of the offending content without notice
• Suspension or termination of your account
• Reporting to relevant authorities where illegal conduct is involved

To report prohibited content, contact support@look4me.com.au with the subject line 'Content Report: [Business Name]'. We aim to review all reports within 48 hours.

Testimonials and reviews on Look4Me represent personal opinions of community members and do not constitute professional endorsements or verifications.

Look4Me:

• Does not verify the accuracy of testimonials
• Does not endorse any views expressed in testimonials
• Is not responsible for the content of testimonials
• Reserves the right to remove any testimonial that violates our content guidelines

Businesses that believe a testimonial about them is false, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of these terms may request a review by contacting support@look4me.com.au. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Look4Me is a community directory service. We do not:

• Independently verify that listed businesses are legitimate, licensed, or operate as described
• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed businesses
• Act as an agent or intermediary for any listed business
• Endorse any listed business

The 'Community Referred' badge indicates that a community member has submitted a referral for that business. It does not constitute professional verification, licensing check, or endorsement by Look4Me.

Users engage with listed businesses at their own discretion and risk. Look4Me strongly recommends independently verifying business credentials before engaging any service.

Look4Me is not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the platform or interactions with listed businesses.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts and listings that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
